Palm announced the name of the new successor company PalmSource. This will be palmOne, and the company will concentrate on developing hardware and software solutions for the Zire, Tungsten and Treo (there seems to be no reason to worry about the successful completion of the Handspring acquisition, so Palm is setting the stage ahead of time).
