Tungsten T3 or “I don’t believe”

One of the Chinese sites posted photos of “something” issued by
for the next representative of the Tungsten PDA, this time – T3. Watchful gentlemen,
to whom the Chinese are not comrades at all, apparently, asked to remove
photos, which, however, are perfectly preserved on PalmInfocenter.

What is in these photos? Tungsten T-like PDA with a fairly large (320
x 480 pixels) LCD. Additional space on the screen is reserved for the panel
entering graffiti. It seems that the machine now has the ability to “rotate” the image on the screen by 90 degrees (so to speak, landscape mode). Funds
PDA control (navigation button and application control keys) form
when placed, something like an oval (t.e. are together) and located
on a sliding top cover.

The Register reports that the PDA
runs Palm OS 5.2.1, equipped with 64 MB of RAM, of which 51 MB
– “custom”. Like the currently existing Tungsten
T, the new model supports Bluetooth. Despite the fact that in the pictures you can
distinguish the Texas Instruments OMAP logo, which processor is inside,
unknown.

As with Tungsten
T2, the “pop-up” photos of the new model can be a photo of the real
device prototype.
