I do not have a cd port so i tried to install the driver from the web, however the driver was not compatible with my computer. 36 Mbit SRAM chips from GSI
GSI Technology Announces Mass Production of High Speed 36Mbps Synchronous SRAM Chips (GS832XXX) with Transfer Rate up to 18Gbps @ 250MHz. Also reported on the availability of Synchronous BurstRAM and NBT (No Bus Turnaround) versions of the chips.
New SRAM chips are designed for use in networking equipment that requires high memory bandwidth and high addressing rates. SRAM GSI chips differ from similar designs with 36 Mbit low heat dissipation.
The chips are offered in various packages: 100-pin TQFP, 119, 165 and 209-pin BGA; at the initial stage, versions with a supply voltage of 2.5 and 3.3 V are offered, in the second quarter of 2021, 1.8 V versions of chips are expected to appear. The GS832XXX line is made according to the 0.13-micron technical process on 300-mm substrates.
